If someone is at 10% and they add 8-10 lbs of water weight how much would it affect their percentage?

    Your mother.
water is 70% fat, so if they are 180lb/10%bf and drink 10lb of water, they will have added 7lb of fat to bring them up to 14%bf

Are you talking about caliper tests or what?

Yeah I'm talkin about caliper tests.

I'm debating whether or not I want to go back on mono but if it would bring the percentage that high then nevermind.

For how much they weigh I was thinking my weight of around 160.

Is 20 pound for the weight like 30 pounds if a guy lifts?
No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

if you're so concerned with bloating, use CEE.

Uhh, if by mono you mean creatine I always thought that creatine just caused fluid migration to the muscles... it shouldn't really effect a caliper test?

What is your goal here with this caliper test? Do you just want a more accurate reading?

From what I've read theres speculation as to whether it's even worth it to run cee (if it actually even works?)

Well I'd like the effects of creatine I just don't want to go up in bf%, whether its by caliper or by eye.

You're just angry we're the same height and I look bigger than you being over 20lbs less... ;)

i agree, you look better than me in pics.. if we were standing side by side, i guarantee you wouldn't look bigger than me. Anyway you cut it, you're 6' 165 lbs and i'm 6' and nearing 190.

    and CEE works.
