Monthly? As in gym sub, supplements, gear, etc.
Thus far my gym membership has either been factored into my tuition at the university or given as a present by my parents. I don't take any supplements besides fish oil and a multiv so $10/month, don't use any type of gear, chemical, assistance, or otherwise. The grocery bill is the worst but so far my dad is still paying for that too
gym sub is 20/month, supplements are 150 or so every 2-3 months grocery bill/eating out is 400-500/month
More than you can afford pal.
I honestly don't want to know how much I've spent on supplements in a yearly period. At least the gym is "free" if you don't count tuition.
Currently my University gym is free and only supps I take are protein, multi, GTE, VitE.... So per month I spend roughly $12 on average I would say.
Back at home though, gym membership is $40 and when cutting I take more supps like protein, creatine, arginine, tons of vitamins... so all in all, at the most about $65 a month.
Typically it balances inbetween at an average of $25-30 a month.
25/month gym membership. 50/month in MRP and whey shakes.
a lot less than being a fatass because now I don't eat out
i'll let you know when i become fit
First time Ive joined a proper gym and it costs, $0, RAF base gym facilities.
extra food costs ~75
So about an extra 125 a month to train and eat like the way I want to
gym - free (campus gym)
supps - ON whey ~$80 every few months
Food is probably a lot. I dont pay anything for a membership and I dont use any supplements other than whey.
Yeah, I didn't think about food.
Trying to eat with a "bodybuilder mentality" is definitely setting me back in the wallet. All the chicken breasts, steak, beef, cheese, olive oil, etc... that I work into my diet cost a good $200 a month extra.
If I didn't care about protein, good fats, healthy carbs, etc... etc... my grocery bill would be cut down considerably. Having a diet like the majority of the country (high in refined carbohydrates) would be much easier and cheaper.
Thats a small price to pay for being jacked amirite
i spend so much money on supps i never use. it makes me feel so miserable
gym = 120 (5 conditioning classes a week, 24 hour gym access, bjj, boxing and wrestling)
Food = probably about 500/month total grocery bill to eat really clean, but .. eating out and dirty would probably cost more...
about 100/month on supps
Honestly though, I think in the end it saves me some money - eating clean and working out = i'm not eating out and drinking, etc.
$15 a month for gym
$150 every 1.5 months on sups
$50-60 week on food
a lot less then I would be spending getting drunk and eating countless large pizzas every night...
don't care since it's not hampering funds to my other hobbies.... if worse comes I'd drop them before dropping my gym membership/supplements
$3/workout day for 2 scoops of whey and a scoop of some kind of creatine/NO/whateverthefucki'mtakingatthetime.
i prob spend more money on alcohol
