    This does not include food you normally would have bought, but all things in excess of the average person who doesnt work out.

    E.g. Gym membership, supplements, extra food.

    gym: 35/month
    food: parents
    supps: depends, sometimes zero - sometimes around 100-150 when I'm restocking the basics

    this summer might be a whole lot more

    $389 - power rack
    $160 - adjustable bench
    $150 - 300lb oly set

    the only supps i take are grean tea extract, fish oil, protein (still got 3 jugs of wpi watermelon and 5lb on chocolate), vitamin, sesamin.

    Gym- 40ish bucks
    I don't really use too many supps anymore, I'm really in the diet and some basics will get you where you need to camp these days. EC/green tea stack if I'm dieting, I buy a tub of whey maybe every 4-5 months, fish oil, multi, etc. My bi-monthly supplement order this week was 45 bucks with shipping :dunno:

    Gym: $100 a year, so $8.33 monthly

    Coaching + facility upkeep: $10 a month

    Supplements: ~$30 a month.

    about 50-60 a month on supps.
    about 150 on food, maybe a bit more.
    Gym is 25 a month

    $30 - ?? on supps (depends on the month)

    And ofcourse when I buy my new bench shirt/squat suit/deadlift suit... that will add to the costs.

    Supplements is hard to say because I generally buy enough shit at once to last for several months, but I've spent a ton over at BN.
