how much do you avg a month on food?

    including eating out sometimes + cheat meals + whey. interested to hear from college students and not bodybuilders.

    i set aside about $50 a week for food. sometimes its more, usually its less. i generally try and include dates in that too, but they can get expensive. i do work for a produce company, so i get lots of free fruits/vegetables/milk though.

    Usually about $200 a month on groceries,, sometimes more sometimes less.

    $60 or so on whey every 2 months.

    Eating out I'd say maybe $50-100 a month now, if that.
