25lbs I believe.
thanks, can anyone confirm?
however we have a shity ass one at the hospital gym that weighs 15
for the olympic ones I thought
while this thread is here, how much does a standard barbell weigh?
The "Easy Curl" bar at my gym weighs 15lb you should be able to tell by lifting it
25 at my gym
they are about 16 1/2 lbs. anywhere you go... I first thought that they were 25, but one of the old guys that I worked out with told me no. So I brought the bar over to the scale and sure enough he was right.
Anywhere we go? The bars are clearly stamped 25lbs at my gym.
when i was working out in college, i always thought the standard barbell was 45lbs but when i started going to golds gym, they felt a lot heavier
My EZ curl bar does not feel like it's 15 or 25 lbs. It's for a standard weight set, but I have some plastic adapters for olympic weights.
22.5 for the small camber and 25 for the larger
I weighed ours, it was 17.5
maybe it was 17 1/2 instead of 16 1/2, couldn't remember exactly off hand but I know its not 25 from all the gym's I've been to, that would be 5 (high school, YMCA, Gold's GYM, college, and Fitness USA).
let's just say everywhere is different.
The skinny polished ones are 16
the fat "iron" lookin ones are 25
