Realized the other day I have almost zero dairy in my diet--b/c of trying to keep carbs way down. I'm mixing cottage cheese and yogurt back in.

How much you guys getting and from what sources?

    Question: Are Eggs Considered Dairy?

Answer: Contrary to a somewhat common misconception, eggs are not considered a dairy product, which refers to the product of the mammary glands of mammals such as cows, goats, sheep and others, and the products derived thereof. The misconception that eggs are dairy products is often a result of a confusion between the terms dairy product and animal byproduct. While eggs are, indeed, produced by animals and, therefore, an animal byproduct, they are not a dairy product or a derivative of dairy products.

    Interesting.

However, when I start my cut, which wont be for at least 4-5 months :o
    I will eliminate all dairy.

Gonna be tough, but I think it'll be worth it.

Greek yogurt which for some reason doesn't bother me, but anything else requires a Lactaid pill because I'm lactose intolerant, so I usually avoid dairy.

i'm really pissed that i can't find Greek Yogurt anywhere in Alaska
i'm going with plain yogurt for now, which is fine. But its a shitty comparison

    plain: 110 cals 9grams protein
greek: 140 cals 22 grams protein.

    shit aint fair.

if bulking a decent bit, but when maintaining or cutting, i just get it from no sugar added publix yogurts with some granola in it, and/or a little milk in a PWO shake.

I eat stupid amounts of dairy. String cheese, yogurt, whole pieces of cheese on crackers, cheese in my eggs, etc......
I am mildly lactose intollerant but cheese in moderation is ok.

Typically 1 L + per day of straight milk. If there's yogurt or cottage cheese then more.
