I've read people taken from 2g - 5g a day. What's the norm?
That stuff tastes so damn bad

What's the deal with grapejuice and Creatine?
2g is average from what I understand BTW.
Body can only sustain a certain level of creatine so going beyond your body doesn't do a bit of good. I believe how much you should take depends on your weight.
I'm 180lbs and take 2-3g
just that the sugar in grapejuice provides an insulin spike
So there's nothing wrong with taking CEE with grapejuice?
I did it the other day and my friend told me it's bad news.
i take omega cre-eythl thunder which is 2.4g per serving, per day.
really? i just eat it straight. i lick the powder off the spoon. tastes a bit bitter, but i like sour shit.
I stocked up on Thunder and can't wait to get back on it
Also have several kilos of (what may or may not be) 100% bulk cee

And yea, it's a bit bitter but it didn't taste bad at all when i mixed it in with OJ.

thats what i do too, in orange juice you cant even taste it.
yea, I kinda take it like a shot. Just gulp it down, and I think I beginning to get use to the taste.
Mine is 760mg per 1/4 teaspoon.
I take ~ 1 tsp before work out, and 1 tsp after work out.
So thats about 3g pre-workout, and 3g after workout..... 6g all together per day about 3-4 days a week or so. I am almost done with the small bottle, and when I order new CEE I am going to decrease it down to about 3-4g a day though. I think that taking the 6g a day might have been too much. I saw pretty good gains, but I do not want to over-do it..
Do you guys think I over did it with the 6g a day, 3-4 times a week?

There is no Overdoing creatine.
It hits a certain level in your bloodstream and anything more than that does nothing. So, if you're taking 6gs you're probably wasting 3 of it anyways. Take as much as you want, you'll see the same results.
1 tsp preworkout with water, 1 tsp postworkout with milk (you'd be suprised how much milk masks the bitterness)
