how much cardio?

    if your really just trying to cut down the fat along with a diet is 20 minutes on the ellipticals 3 times a week enough?

    eating below your maintenance level is enough.

    But i would recommend a proper weight training regime.

    o well yea. low weights, high reps is better for burning fat. right?

    I dont' really switch up my weightlifting routine if I cut or bulk. I keep reps anywhere between 8-15 (usually more towards 10 than anything)

    go 30 minutes 4 times a week

    he could just follow purs routine. Basically

    do some weights so when you lose the fat you have a bit of tone to your body. If you don't lift, the options are fat, skinny, or skinnyfat.

    How many hours would that translate to approx.?

    I did close to that a couple years ago... 20-25miles per week... tend to lose too much lean mass.

    Depends on what your AT/AB is and what HR you burn the most fat at as opposed to sugar.

    Are you reffering to the precor elliptical? That, the treadmill and skipping rope are my favourites for cardio right. On the tread and precor I always punch my weight at 100lbs and try to aim for 300 calories burned.
