August 1st. I am going to start my first real bulking with diet supps ect. I am just wondering how much everyone does if any at all? I would assume it hurts a little but I would want to do some to keep stomach down ect.

None, cardio while bulking is counter-productive. Your abdominal fat will depend on your diet and genetics.

I just do some light stuff like playing basketball a couple times a week. I don't like doing so much that it prevents you from being over maintenance, but I also don't want to lose my cardio-health either and get winded going up a flight of stairs.

When bulking or maintaining is generally when I try to push my speed. I'll limit how much I'll run obviously (maybe a mile or so max) but its easier to hurt yourself when trying to push your speed while on a severe calorie deficit.

I used to swim/run/do cardio in the gym at random times but I just got a new bike and I've been biking consistently 2-3 times a week.

none. more because i'm doing higher volume and just wanna go home by the time i finish lifting. plus, I like to bulk in the summer, so i wanna get out and do stuff while the nice weather is around. in the winter, i really don't wanna do anything else so i'll gym rat it and spend the extra time doin cardio

    endo - do more cardio
    ecto - do less cardio

Cardio should be done regardless. It's got a shitlot of benefits for your health. If you can't gain wait burning an extra 3-400 calories per week from cardio, you really need to re-evaluate your diet.
