Recently, ive started doing 20 minutes after my weight training each day in the gym..
Am I doing enough? Im trying to cut a bit, and didnt know what the standard amount was, if there is one.. So basically, im doing about 2 hours a week.

2 hours a week should be plenty. make sure you hit the weights hard though.

you MAY want to consider spliting up cardio and lifting into different days.

Im not worried about becoming catabolic, ive taken appropriate measures.
Its easier for me to do my ardio after my lifting, as I have set time aside from it.. Theres 2-3 days a week that I cannot go to the gym, for cardio or lifting, so this just works best.

This may be a load of crap but I've been told it takes about 20minutes for your body to start burning fat. If you're doing it after a weight lifting session this will be alot less but you might want to up the time.

Nope, im completely occupied for those few nights.
My children come visit me 2-3 over nights a week, and I really dont want to waste quality time with them. My little guy is 3, and my girl is 9. Pretty impressionable ages for both, so I spend as much time as possible with them.

Something else I was wondering the other day, during my cardio...

Does cardio VASCULAR excercise improve your vascularity? Dumb question, but ive never seen it asked before.

I run between 15 to 20 miles a week. I run hard compared to most. My 3 mile time yesterday was 18:38.

20 minutes, at a moderate intense rate 3-4 times is plenty to cut up some. As for losing muscle   Jp I wouldnt worry about that

I figure ive got that covered, and covered well.
I was thinking 20 minutes at the end of my weight training each weight day will still only put me at an hour and 10 minutes a day, even less now that my training partner is unable to attend due to loosing his liscence.

5 days a week on the eliptical machine, I don't go for a set amount of time, I go until i've burned 500 calories, which usually takes about 30-32 minutes at an intense pace.
