How much cardio do you do when you're cutting?

    I'm doing around 30/min 3x a week, thinking about upping that to 5x a week. What is everyone else doing?

    i would keep that 30 min/3x all year round... then again who am i to say that

    Run 30 mins everyday at least at an overall pace of an 8 minute mile. 30 minutes at that pace per day is not that much, so you are not completely blown out for the next day's workout.

    I do 30 minutes 7 days a week.

    I'm starting to mix cardio back in on a constrant basis.. 30min 3x a week or so. I need to get my ass down to 220 for a meet in december.. then 198 in march.. Plus I need to get my ass back on my bike in may.. so yeah.. gotta get my endurance back up.

    1 hr 2x a week. I gotta bump it up, but my schedule is way too busy.

    How do you keep your legs from becoming like sandpaper? After about 60mins my ass/quads are so torn up from being rubbed against each other

    Invest in some long underarmor briefs or something similar. Plus my legs dont hold much fat on them never had a big problem with chafing, except for when I walk.
