Six percent? What are you planning to compete or something? Its just my 10 cents, but no man NEEDS to be under 10%.

Macros breakdown seems ok, I'd be a little sleepy though with so few carbs. The fat you're getting is shitty though. I'd replace the teaspoons of oil to get to eat a little something at least (some nuts maybe). I'd replace butter with healthier fat since you're already getting saturated fat with chicken.

I feel fine not sleepy at all. The Butter was just because I was having lobster so it's not really part of my diet also I don't drink much but last night my buddy broke up with his girl so we had a few drinks because he was in that kind of mood.

I measured his body fat with my Accu-measure calipers in four diffrent places, then I used this link to calculate it.

Even trained professionnals tend to have problem with measuring with calipers. It takes a lot of skills/practice to get accurate.
