How much caffine is too much?

    This shit I'm on says take it three times a day and has a 180mg of caffine per serving.

    A day?

    I'm only 150 lbs btw.

    I don't know if it's this or the prescription drug I'm taking or the new multivitimins but something is keeping me up.

    But it doesn't feel like I've been drinking energy drinks all night. I feel completely normal, good in fact I just can't sleep.

    ive done as much as 1gram - 1.2 in a day, I dont think u get any extra out of it,say as much as 6-800mg. At some point, its just too much for your nervous system and it all pretty much feels the same.

    Ive done 2g's in one day and yea that shit sucks the next day. It was:
    Two Zero Carb Rockstar:480mg
    Two Caffine Pills:400mg
    4amp:280mg
    Two Zero Carb Rockstar:480mg
    5amp:350mg

    ive never taken more than 600, usually just 200 before workouts and thats it

    Whenever I would take too much caffeine I would have random nose bleeds...high blood pressure for the lose.

    I try not to take more than 500mg a day now. I'm 175 lbs.

    Depends on your tolerance for stims. I have a particularly high tolerance, so I can run a shitload and go take a nap.

    Human threshold is on the order of 2.5g for toxic effects. I've personally run about 1.5 g with some interesting effects (1:45 of HIIT leading to extreme dehydration).
