How much caffeine are you taking?

    In addition to any drinks that contain caffeine, i.e. coffee; how much are you consuming throughout the day?

    I have 2 cups of coffee in the morning and then again at around 3pm. I was thinking about dropping the 3pm coffee rush and goign with just caffeine caps.


    This is strictly to give me a pick me up/boost and last until my workout around 5-6pm. Do you have any recommendations that I might be overlooking?

    Thoughts?

    i have maybe 1-3 sodas a day. but im about to cut all of that out.

    i dont use caffeine for energy. doest do anything for me. i just drink coke cuz it washes food down so well :o

    3 a day is a lot IMHO. Coke isn't loaded with caffeine anyways right?

    I seem to be almost immune to Caffeine, sometimes I'll take two 200mg pills before I work out, and I start to think I feel something but it might just be a placebo effect

    how the hell are you guys developing sucha high tolerance to it? you don't tapper off once in a while? :eek3:

    yeah... i dont usually have 3... 2 is pretty much it. but every once in a while i hit 3.

    just read the can 34MG caffeine per can.

    dunno. always been this way. my mom would tell me stories of how (and no were not whitetrash) she would snort some blow and fall asleep like an hour after. drugs in general dont really have an affect on me. uppers, downers, pain killers, relaxers. nothing.

    usually I have 3-5 coffee's a day then 100-200mg (depending on how I feel) along with 18-24mg of ephedrine about 45min before my workout

    none, unless i need a boost before working out. but even then I usually drink the yellow vitamin water. has guarana or whatever

    I just went to walgreens for broncaid and caffeine tabs, I couldn't find the broncaid and got some of their brand "stay awake" 200mgs of caffeine which I compared to the online bulknutrition site was the same.

    where is the broncaid located? I didn't want to ask the phram-tech either :hs:

    if you eat a good meal hour, hour and a half before gym, you should be fine...

    i've used ephedrine and caf and it really wasn't all that amazing.
