    Leg extensions 4 sets of 15 (90,120,120,150)
    Front Squats 4 sets of 15 (135, 3x185)
    Leg press 4 sets (7 platesx10, 8 platesx10, 10platesx3, 3platesx30)
    Lunges 2x100ft with 25lb dbs
    Extensions 2x20 (90lbs)

    EDIT: Leg presses are plates per side, so double that.

    I had legs today too:

    Leg Extensions: 120lbs x 3 sets x 10 reps
    Front Squats: 135 x 8, 185 x 8, 225 x 8, 275 x 6, 275 x 5, 315 x 2
    Calf Raises: 160 x 3 sets x 12 reps
    45 sled Leg Press: 390 x 10, 480 x 8, 570 x 6, 570 x 6, 390 x 15

    then some ab work
    should be feelin it thursday :wtc::wtc::wtc:

    i have legs tommorow and I havent worked them out in months, so I'm not looking foreward to this.

    The worst is when you are so sore taking shits is painful because the toilet seat is hard, and sitting on it hurts

    ive broken the toilet paper dispenser at my house at least 6 different times trying help myself up from the shitter.

    i got legs tomorrow too, favorite day of the week.

    front squats
    deadlifts
    leg press
    ab work

    hurts every time and i love it :)

    i love teh front squats :love:

    I have to hold my breath on 315 tho, I cant get a breath in when I have that weight on top of me :hs:

    my legs have been getting stronger and stronger/gaining size, now if my chest would follow along suit :mad:

    I hate doing heavy front squats. Once I get past 185 it is just too much work to keep the weight in place.

    I never exceeded 225 with fronts. Ever had that shit roll down your arms? now THAT fucking hurts.

    After about ten reps I have to readjust. Usually I just do zercher squats.

    BTW, my legs aren't too bad yet, but I have a feeling they won't feel too hot much longer.

    Most I ever did front squats for was 225 too. Any higher than that is crazy talk. :o

    lol at 225 heavy for front squats?? i dont even do them that much and i can bang out sets with that pretty easily with what i consider weak quads. an ol'er would want to die after reading this thread :(

    It is not heavy as far as my legs go, but fucking killer on my shoulders/arms.

    I didn't say it was heavy ass. I just don't care to do them any heavier. I can easily do 4 sets of 12 with 225

    last time we did quads, i got out of my car when i got home and could barely walk into my apt cause my quads were cramping so bad....they were doing that the rest of the night too so i had to keep a 90° bend in my knees

    Last time I did legs, I fell down the bottom 4 steps leaving the gym and busted my ass in the snow. It was the perfect example of a :happysad: moment. It was great to know your legs were busted... but sad because well, I fell down the steps.
