I was kind of shocked to see my costco bill for the month on my Amex bill was $350, and that doesn't count more on my other credit cards for supermarkets. So I think I spent $400-$450 on food last month.

thought that was sort of high, but when i started calculating by day it sort of makes sense.

    breakfast: 3 eggs + oatmeal & whey + milk ~ $1.50
snack: salad w/corn, deli turkey, boiled egg, + corn ~ $1.50
    Lunch: meat & veggies ~$3.00
    snack: almonds/jerky/tuna ~$1.00
dinner: meat, sweet potatoes, veggies ~$3.50
pre-post workout shakes including supps: ~$1.25
    fruits throughout the day: ~$1.00
    Total daily ~$11.75

this doesn't count going out to eat sometimes...

i've been sort of cutting too. i can't imagine how much the fat asses pay.

buy things you consume more frequently in bulk (whey, eggs, oat meal, chicken, meats, nuts)

looks like the last billing cycle only came up to $351.61 on foods not including dining out. also i was on vacation where food was inclusive for a week during that period. spent about the same on dining out.

damn, i see a lot of boston market charges

    Ill break it down for you. 20 3L ozarka bottles = $20. 30 tuna+ cracker packages = $ 45. 24 kashi bars = $15. 24 gatorade G2 = $15. 1mo supply of Pro complex = $50. 4 gallons of milk (1 gal a week) = $16. Ok so I lied its more like $161 if you get nitty gritty.

I never really add it up. I just eat when I'm hungry and go to costco when my food is all gone.

I spend like 160 or less a month. I'm also not eating much carbs so it's all fresh green veggies and meat meat meat meat eggs eggs eggs.

I just buy meat on special and buy a LOT of it and put it in the freezer.
