I was kind of shocked to see my costco bill for the month on my Amex bill was $350, and that doesn't count more on my other credit cards for supermarkets. So I think I spent $400-$450 on food last month. thought that was sort of high, but when i started calculating by day it sort of makes sense. breakfast: 3 eggs + oatmeal & whey + milk ~ $1.50 snack: salad w/corn, deli turkey, boiled egg, + corn ~ $1.50 Lunch: meat & veggies ~$3.00 snack: almonds/jerky/tuna ~$1.00 dinner: meat, sweet potatoes, veggies ~$3.50 pre-post workout shakes including supps: ~$1.25 fruits throughout the day: ~$1.00 Total daily ~$11.75 this doesn't count going out to eat sometimes... i've been sort of cutting too. i can't imagine how much the fat asses pay.
