see the problem is i want to do my bmr equation but i can't really tell if im active or ordinary or couch patato. I work out 4 times a week on but after working out the days i don't really work im relaxed and sit down most of the day. Nothing like basketball or sports just metal working and video games. When im at work i just work a cash regiester. My routine is 45 mins of cardio 4x a week and moderate weight lifting. So what im i considered as when doing my BMR equation. Couch patato, moderately active or intense. I mean when i workout its intense but after that i slowdown. and turn into a normal day person.
