    ive heard conflicting information about squatting multiple times per week, and if it impedes growth?

    ive only been doing it once and my legs are sore for a few days so i dunno, any benefit?

    1 maybe 2, my knees are shitty so it depends how they feel. I just do leg presses 3/4 of the time because of it.

    During a 3 day spit it's 3 times. For my current 4 day split it's twice a week!

    1 normally but right now my knee is being a bitch so I'm not squatting at all for a couple weeks just to let it get better.

    I can't fathom squatting more than once a week right now. It takes me nearly a weak to recover as it is. I suppose if one day were a light/dynamic day and I cut my volume back maybe...

    1-2 now. I squatted 3-4x a week for a few months in a row last year and got great results from it though

    Once a week, down from 3. Growth has stalled, but strength is still moving.
