365 days sober
done with drinking/partying. the path to enlightenment has begun
5 days, party once, sometimes twice a week. ONly on fridays and saturdays.
4 days.. did all my partying during the college years.. will still drink a few here and there on an occasion
5 - 6 days with exercise, haven't drank in a month or so, and don't plan on to for the next 3 months
too old to party and getting drunk fucks up my ticker.
4-6 and got drunk for the first time in like 8-9 months a few weeks ago.
lift 3 days, cardio 2 days, drink usually once a week. Although after saturday/sunday, I think I'm taking a LONG break from drinking. that was a rough night/next morning.
Is it fail to drink a lot in one setting once a month when you're working out and trying to gain muscle?
don't drink but on a special occasion. i did drink once 2 weeks ago, it wrecked me for about 2 days, didn't have the strength to eat or workout, it set me back a good week. not worth it
im prob get drunk/buzzed once a month , and drink once a week for pleasure (not to get drunk). college party days get boring after a while.
5 days, drink/go out every saturday night.
Last time I drank was new years eve. Would be A LOT more if I was single
3 days lifting
1 day partying
drank on new years, not since then. I have my priorities straight. I'm also an anti-social sociopath.
5-6 days a week
I drink/party maybe 2 days a year.
Lift 4 or 5 days a week, drink 3 nights a week.
The day after a hard night of drinking I cant eat clean at all.
All I want to do is eat whatever processed food is in my fridge
Once a month is not going to make any difference

Drinking like 1 or 2.
5-6 days a week
