How many times a week do you hit biceps??

    and what exercises? i never feel soreness anymore, although i still get decent pumps

    i only hit them once w/ back, but im thinking about doing them twice a week now since they are a smaller muscle group and dont need so much recovery time

    ive just heard differing opinions b/c they are a small muscle group which means they need a bit less time to recover

    I dont really work arms directly anymore.. would usually just hit bi/tris with 3 exercises a pop.

    Zero times a week.

    Deadlifts and pullups are good enough for me at this point.

    I didn't do arms for like 2 years... seem to get hit if you're pulling with a lot of volume...

    pulls including pullups/chinups, heavy row variations... not dl

    Worked mine only once a week for years. Started doing them twice along with legs and have gotten better results

    your arms will still grow without direct work if you're gaining size everywhere else, but they for sure are not going to be growing as well as they could be with direct work!
