how many times a week do u try to lift?

    i try for 7, at least a little bit if im not feeling well

    but i usually get 5 or 6 days in

    im wondering how many times u guys do it?

    3-4 days of lifting.
    1 day of cardio
    1 day of racketball, probably be bumped up to 2 with this new leauge.

    I go to the gym about 5-6 times a week, but then again, I'm probably overdoing it :o

    I rotate everyday between, chest and back, arms and shoulders, legs (plus any dumbell exercises) and abs everyday
    I dont get to work my legs as much as i like maybe 1 or 2 a week since i have a home gym and go to my school's gym for legs and stuff with dumbells

    Chest/Back

    Bench Press 5x6
    Incline Press 5x6
    Bent Over Row 10x5
    Pullover 10x5
    Deadlift 5x6
    Crunches or Reverse Crunches 25x5

    Arms/Shoulders
    Lying Tricep Extention 10x5
    Curls 10x5
    Reverse Curls 10x5
    Upward Row 10x5
    Cleans 5x6
    Shoulder Press 10x5
    Closed Grip Bench 5x3, 10x2
    Wrist Curls 20x5
    Reverse Wrist Curls 20x5
    Crunches or Reverse Crunches 25x5

    Legs and Dumbells Exercises
    Squat 5x6
    Calf Raises 10x5
    Leg Press 10x5
    Calf Press 10x6
    Hammer Curls 10x4 each arm
    Flys 10x5
    Leg Raises 10x5
    Weighted Crunches 10x4

    I lift 3 days a week. You need to give your muscles a chance to fully recover before you work them out again. You're probably working against yourself honestly.

    I try to make it MWF, but usually go MW thanks to finals. Hopefully this semester will be different.

    I'm on a four day routine but used to still go 7 days per week and lift random parts on the supposed cardio days.
    This year I'm trying to go in only 5 days max.

    Im supposed to do 3 days for lifting and then I also play basketball or run on off days usually another 2-3 days, I always have at least 1 day off though if not 2.

    4-5. I'm going to try and start doing a 3 day routine instead so that I'm not spending every evening in the gym.
