fast metabolism, but definitely no IBS

side note, my girl only shits once every 1.5-2 weeks.. wtf?
yeah it's either that or girls never shit amirite

ha maybe, but a few females i know have the same problem.. she used to take a shit ton of laxatives and starve herself, i'm sure she fucked something up
once a day like clockwork (about 15 minutes after i get to work.) occasionally twice.
When i was cutting @ 1800-2100 cals and no carbs (and little fiber), it was about once per week. it had me worried for a minute.
Holy crap (not really) I guess that just goes to show how different bodies are?
When I was on 1800 cals I was still shitting once a day to once every 2 days. I guess the difference is I kept munching on celery.
Once a day maybe, sometimes it goes a couple days.

when i was low carbing it a year go, id go days without pooping and when i did i was in there for 30+min trying to squeeze a pebble out

when i started my first bulk in january, i was shitting up to 7-8 times a day. my asshole hated me.
now that my body has gotten used to it, it's down to 3-4 shits a day.

When I'm eating right... twice a day. Usually in the morning after my first meal or coffee and then again later in the day/night usually.
