it depends on weight, bodyfat %, goals, etc... don't worry about it.
Protein = 1g/lb of bodyweight
fat = 25% of total
carbs (simple or complex) = the rest
it's all in the stickies
500, more would be impossible and less would just be taking the easy way out.
