Well I started this routine out of Arnolds (http://forums.offtopic.com/showthread.php?t=2148696) on Monday and i was reading about 4 sets of 12, so i've been doing that all of this week and was wondering if that was the correct way to do it. Before when i worked out i always did 3x10.

    Opinions?
