so 10-12 a day while cutting wouldn't be bad?
That seems like a fucking lot to me man. If you're using ON, there's 120 calories and 24 grams of protein in a scoop. Through the power of mathematics, that works out to 1200 calories and 240 grams of protein in 10 scoops.
Personally, shakes dont' fill me up much. You'll get a lot better "bang" for your caloric "buck" (that sounds like a lame informercial catch phrase...) with solid food.
I take two scoops in the morning and two post-workout.
1-2 scoops of VP2 and 1 & 1/2-3 scoops of musclemilk per day.
I've been doing 4 lately.
1 in the morning
1 pre workout
1 post workout
1 before bed
Maybe I'll up it
usually 2, sometimes 3
not much i can eat that i actually enjoy, which is why my diet sucks.
dieting isn't about eating stuff you enjoy
2, and i still need the fullsize of your av.
every time i make a shake...i use 2 scoops...
so on average of 6-8 scoops a day at whatever ON is per scoop.
i have no rebutle.
