just tried it today, i did 19 reps to full lockout and my ass on the bench :hs: i was hoping for at least 20 or more , but just ran out of steam at the end

also, anyone ever try one arm db standing jerk? i did 120 (mighta been a little more including the handle, it had six 10 pound plates on each side...) for 5 yesterday, think i had more left in me. its a really fun exercise!

WTF is going on with you lately TZ? you on cycle? Youve been pounding out some fantastic numbers. 19 reps of 225 is damn good for you size and weight.

Seems like everytime Ray posts a stat of himself I end up posting this smiley

Oh, and my anwer is.......I havent maxed reps on 225 lately but if had to guess I would probably 11-14.

thanks dude appreciate it. i've never used, and have no plans of using in the future. I'm not 'against' it, but i feel like it's just not the path I want to take. I've just been training really hard and eating a lot, sleeping well. there's no reason why I shouldn't be getting stronger is my attitude :hs:

19 reps isnt impressive at my weight, there are lots of dudes that can do that at a much lighter weight. I'd consider 30+ impressive at my size
