1 on a good day
palms facing away? wide grip, narrow grip, shoulder width grip?
I said 3.
pull ups are big for me. because i remember kids doing them on the monkey bars in 2nd grade and i couldnt do one because i was a little pussy fat ass. everytime I go to pull up I get all angry.
I did 15 in February or March.
I remember in gym class back in middle school kids would get up on the pullup bar and pump them out like they were nothing and I couldn't even do one.
I can do 9 now .
I said ten. i'm currently trying to do 4 sets of 8 pronated grip pulls but my strength decreases alot after the 1st set. i'm something like 8,6,4,3. once I can hit 4x8 i'll step it up to wide grip.
7 to lock-out
A standard pullup would be palms away, shoulder width grip.
I can do alot more chinups as I'm sure everyone else can too.
If I were to guesstimate I would say about 353 ish.
guessing about 12...
used to be able to knock out 20-25 military style pullups no problem back when I was a twig...
By military style, do you mean with kipping? Kipping was banned on the USMC PFT a few years ago.
17 pullups, all the way down to lock out then up with chin over the bar(usmc style)
5 wide grip with 40lbs attached.
probably 20+. I'm doing sets of 8 , wide grip with 65lbs.
i did 10 in a row earlier today. then 8. then 5. i suck
20+ , Tried doing a one handed one for the hell of it today. Got a 2 inch lift
I can do a 1 arm pullup if I cheat and hold my forearm with my off-hand
my pull-ups have been steadily going down as i've been bulking. @ 150 lbs i could do 20+ with perfect & slow form, now i can only do about 17 @ 175lbs.
when i was 150 i could do a one-armed pullup too, but now i can't anymore =(
8 or 9. Palm-away, little wider than shoulder width. Shitty form on the last few though, i cheat
A year ago i couldn't do 1.
about 25 fresh, although as i get heavier, they keep on getting harder
15 chins, 10 wide grip pull ups.
