How many pull ups can you do in a roll?

    How many pull ups can you do in a row?

    I used to do like 8-12, but i've been working on it the last 6weeks or so ( stop working out for a while now, just do some pull ups at home with the bar between the door) now am able to do 22 in a row :wiggle:
    My goal is to add on 2 ever week:x:

    So how many can you do?:wiggle:

    i should try...is it best to do it your first set or after a couple..maybe just warm up with lat pulldown? i usually do 5-6 sets of 5-6 pullups each

    When i started i did like 10 on 1st set, 5-7 on 2nd set, and as many as i can on 3rd.
    Now i can do 10x4
    I might try to do 10x4 and as many as i can on 5th set..or try to go for 12x4

    Thanks man, I will try that out. Last night was chest/triceps though so I don't really feel like doing pushups :hs:

    Well Until I started working out, I couldn't do any. Yeah, I was an obese pussy, but now that I've gotten a hell of a lot stronger and lost 10 lbs I can do 3. IBembarassed
