How many protein shakes a day do you consume?

    I finally found some whey I can tolerate, so I've been drinking a lot of them lately. All shakes are a single scoop.

    Morning
    Pre-workout
    Post-workout
    Evening
    Before bed

    3 i substitue them for for half my 6 meals a day.

    1 in the morning with orange juice and a scoop of creatine mono
    1 after my workout with water and a scoop of creatine mono

    1.5 scoops ON Whey in the morning pre-workout
    2 scoops ON Whey post-workout
    2 scoops ON Whey around 7pm or so
    1 scoop ON Whey, 3/4 scoop egg protein before I go to bed

    You heard wrong.

    As long as you're getting the needed amount of protein, it isn't bad for shit. It's just when you take in like 400g of protein a day.

    i usually might have 1 in the morning 1 after workout...if i'm feeling really good *or just poor cuz i have no real food in my appartment* then one before bed

    GNC whey protein is what i use, 21 grams per scoop and the taste is fantastic, than ill usually eat liek 2 cans of albacore tuna a day, with tomatoes and italian dressing and whhen im ina hurry ill eat some beef jerkey.
