    I started out with one a day post workout but now Im taking one drink in the morning and then another post workout. Someone told me today to have at least 3-4 drinks a day? How much does teh F&N crew take?

    i have 2, one post w/o and the other is breakfast with oats, fruit, etc. i'm in college, doesn't exactly lend itself to cooking breakfast. been having the same thing for 3 years now.

    3-4, on the days where I train/lift 5-6 hours a day, I really need something to recover and help me by the next training session.

    1, and thats only if I haven't met my protein goals on the day by just eating.

    You eat enought to match 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound?

    2. 1 in the morning because its quick and easy and im usually in a rush, and 1 PWO.

    4000 calories a day now. Even if I don't, I'm having to take a break from like half my workout cause of shoulder issues so it doesn't matter.
