I probably have about one a week. I don't like em that much because they don't fill me up at all. Sure, there's a lot of protein but I'm hungry a half hour later and looking for something more to eat. I get em when I know I won't have access to decent food for a while. I'll probably get one tonight.
they're like 400 cals
Maybe one every few months if it's the only way I can get breakfast. I keep a few in my desk drawer at work.
I keep some as snacks, but 1 at most, usually 0
Yeah. The day I can't hit the gym most often is Friday, so I'll grab a protein bar for dinner and keep my caloric intake down since I'm not lifting.
If i could find some good ones
I average out at about 8
chicken + sweet potato + broccoli instead man.

At most one a day but only keep them in my vehicle for when there is no other choice. Maybe eat like 3 a month total.
I used to inhale them, 2 a day. Haven't had one for a few years now though.
