How many pills/ capsules etc. do you take a day?

    6 vitamin C
    2 vitamin E
    2 cold fx
    2 green tea extract
    1-2 caffeine
    1-3 ephedrine
    2 tyrosine
    ____
    28-31 total

    I think one reason supplements probably 'work' is because it forces you to drink at least 1/2 a gallon of water just to swallow everything.

    Not all in one sitting though. Some with, some between meals.
    As I said before I put everything I'm going to take for the day in a bowl or wine glass just to remember.

    and I'm currently off the ephedrine and tyrosine.

    I can't imagine taking 20 to 30 of them.

    well....im not really sure to be honest :(

    is it good all around or only good for bulkers or cutters or what? Ceaze, i know you've posted the link to your post many many times but i just keep forgetting to bookmark it :(

    Omega 3's found in fish oil are good for vitrtually everything health related:

    1) Heart Health
    2) Insulin Sensativity
    3) Cognitive Ability
    4) Metabolic Rate
    5) Skin health
    6) Joint Health
    7) Helps lower inflamation which is good for a plathora of things(arthritis, asthma, allergies, etc)
    8) Works as a mild blood thinner in higher doses. Much like taking baby asprins this can help stop clots from forming.

    so it's basically good for anything, regardless of bulking/cutting/not even working out?

    Yep I try to take around 16 a day :noes: DHA builds brain tissue, its why they think Asain people are actually smarter because most of there diets consit of about 2-3x the amount of Omega 3 that most people eat. Cheapest place for it is www.wonderlabs.com
