I haven't done any yet, but hockey starts tonight, and I'll be playing 2x a week starting in July.
I have been lifting, eating well and doing some jump rope, but no hardcore cardio.
i dont do cardio. ever. it's been about three years since i've done any form of it.
First few weeks theres no need to. The dietary changes are enough to result in a healthy pace of fat lost. When it slows, gotta add the cardio in though.

i usually do. just some light stuff so i can read.
but only because i usually cut in the winter and I have nothing better to do after work. if i cut in the summer, hells no
With just diet changes I went from high teens bodyfat to low teens I believe
Starting cardio this week as getting to the holy all abs showing/no love handles is not gonna happen with just diet for me
I don't do cardio until the last month or so.
However, I do play basketball ~ 3 or 4 times a week, full-court games, over an hours worth.
When I really want to kick it up I will do that in edition to cardio on the elliptical.... But I can't keep that routine up for very long
when i was seriously losing weight, i barely did any cardio...
