how many people at your gym

    workout their lower body? i'd say only 10% of the people at my gym work their lower body. my friend looks retarded, i weigh a little more than him, and his upper body is way bigger than mine. old friends from highschool always ask, "why are you doing lunges/squating, you dont play any sport"

    i dont get it, they work out their legs a lot? cuz i would think that frat boys wouldnt.

    My crew at the gym and a couple of BBing types are the only people that I see training legs.

    I use the high school gym so everyone either

    A. Does jack shit and is just in the way
    B. Half-asses random workouts to get a passing grade. They have to do an assigned regimen but I don't. Suckas.

    People either do hack squats, calf raises, or quarter squats. I'm the only one going ass to grass and every now and then I'll get a funny look. I'm the only one doing deadlifts. Every once in a while this dude will load the trap bar with six or eight plates and fail a pull with atrocious form. I literally do an :ugh:.

    There are four or five benches that seem to be well occupied during the hour though. :hsugh:

    i honestly think i'm the only guy that does legs in my gym. other than the women that want to "tone" their ass or whatever the fuck they do, i'm the only one, ya.

    If I count only the people allowed to use the university athlete's gym, 100%. In the whole gym including the part open to everyone it would probably be more like 20%.

    I have only seen 1 or 2 other guys in my gym that actually reached parallel in a squat.

    I really need to get video of this guy doing curls, he does curls everyday. Uses 50's and has such terrible form that I could have mistaken him as a member of the terror squad.

    I did deads barefoot today. I don't know if anyone was looking at me, I was too busy working out and looking at myself in the mirror.

    i see females try and tone their TABS while in the leg area of the gym.

    I only see the brollies do legs/back. Those freshies and fob/wops don't even bother. It's funny. They seem to mock my 300lb (yeah I'm still feeble) squat or dl, but I've never seen them do anything but curls on the ez-bar, and only 75's at that. :ugh:
