Used to. Saw no gains. Wasted lots of time. Lost a bit of fat. Concluded I'm a homoturd.

I don't really have a set routine, I have a basic outline I follow and before I go to the gym I decide what I'm going to do, but it changes every week.

Depends on how I feel and what I want to accomplish.

just a basic outline. I can't follow the days perfectly. Usually skip days and work some back to back, etc.

i know what body parts i'm working on what days, and the order stays the same, but i don't usually decide what excercise i'm going to do until i get there. That is until lately, I've started keeping a workout log so i can actually remember what weights and excercises to do

I don't have a set routine at all. I just go in do what I feel like doing and leave.

I've found that having a set routine does make a big difference vs. walking into the gym and being like "ok today is leg day." or "ok im gonna do some bench press + curls."

If I'm doing a make-up day, then I usually switch up my routine.

I got a set routine and a workout log,I've seen better results being prepared then going to my gym and just doing whatever I feel like.

My compound movements follow a routine, but my complementary movements vary depending on how I feel/what I am focussing on for the week.

All I really know for sure is that deads, squats, bench, and bent-over rows will be incorporated in some how throughout each week.
