Just wondering how many of you play/played sports before you got into working out. Seems like there is kind of a correlation, I honestly played football and lacrosse for quite awhile and that is what really got me into lifting.

not me. I was in band :hsugh: no surprise I sucked ass at sports (except dodgeball) until I started lifting regularly.

In high school, soccer. In college, just intramurals, which got me into lifting. After, road racing (by foot).

Ran track in college, hence the 1-fast-400 name. Play pickup basketball and stuff, till I realized rec players think they're playing for NBA money. I dunked on a guy at the local YMCA. He took my legs out, I laneded on my hand and bent my thumb back to my forearm. Broke 3 bones. It was the last time I've played a "rec" sport. Too old for that shit
