  1. My gf told me to put my arms down the other day after a tough back workout. I told her they were down :hs:

When I try to keep my arms at my side, I actually have to strain to do so. Now I feel all dorky when I walk :o

you must have an enormous back, I keep my hands down pretty easily

  5. I think you just filled out to your arms, that or you've gotten so big that your arms are sucked in by the gravity.

Everytime I walk by a mirror I like to flash a quick double-bi pose. Come to think of it, this happens when I walk by any remotely reflective surface at all. :dunno:

Every trip to the bathroom results in at least a few poses. 5-10 minute pose sessions are required if i'm shirtless :o

We call it ALS... Air Lat Syndrome, its like the air beneath your arms is so great that it keeps them a float ;) I like ILS too.

I've always heard ILS referred to as Inflatable Lat Syndrome.
