    If you got the technique, 100lbs ground to overhead is not that hard.

    Hughes presses a 100lbs dumbell with one hand. From the ground to lockout with no assistance from his other hand....

    yeah I saw the video, he also kicks it up with his leg then push presses it overhead

    I did the same thing one handed with a 135lb barbell one time so I don't think a dumbell would be much of a challenge...

    but doing a snatch would make it easier anyway if your technique doesn't totally blow

    a friend of mine that trains with kettle bells can do that with the 150 pound dumbbell. fairly easily too

    LOL, you guys are right, pretty damn easy...did 105, I guess I thought it was so bad ass because I was a lot younger/weaker when I saw it.

    On another note, that black dude is sick and the shit that he does is awesome, love that he is wearing jorts to work out.

    At 5'7 150 lbs I was doing that with 80 lb dumbbells for shoulder presses. It's just technique

    Not even technique involved, you just throw it up with your leg and push press, it is not even hard.

    Next up is learning how to not break my arms attempting to do what the black dude does.
