great for serratus work
yeah I started recently they are great
i think i'll put them in my chest routine
good, cuz that's where they go =P
that's the place i see 'em most often.. i find them to be a little rough on my shoulders
I do them, and I like 'em. I usually do the DB pullover near the end of my chest workout.
'cause it also works your pectorals and rib cage.
it doesn't actually 'exapand' your rib cage. People read Arnold's book too literally it assists you in expanding your rib cage. WHen you breath in your chest expands...so this will help with that.
Yeah, I just didn't want to type all that crapola. But you and others get the point. Anyways, it's a good exercise.
yeah the machine version is great, the db version sucks
I'll continue to develop my serratus with a DB pull over.
My serratus > those that don't do pullovers
gotta be doin' something right
keep isolating that inner chest with close-grip bench too
