    that's the place i see 'em most often.. i find them to be a little rough on my shoulders :hs:

    I do them, and I like 'em. I usually do the DB pullover near the end of my chest workout.

    'cause it also works your pectorals and rib cage.

    it doesn't actually 'exapand' your rib cage. People read Arnold's book too literally :rolleyes: it assists you in expanding your rib cage. WHen you breath in your chest expands...so this will help with that.

    Yeah, I just didn't want to type all that crapola. But you and others get the point. Anyways, it's a good exercise.

    keep isolating that inner chest with close-grip bench too :bigthumb:
