    I thought a kip was when you lie flat on the floor and kind of kick to get enough momentum to flip yourself up?

    I think they refer to those as 'kip ups' as well..

    Yea, its kind of tricky. i'm starting to get better at it. It's really hard on my wrist and elbows for me anyway.
    I shot the video at night, i'll try to get a better video next time around.

    That is a more specialized move for gymnastics.. Kips and muscle ups are used no rings and high bar.. Just keep with normal pullups or chin ups
