I've gotten 0 hrs so far today
9 at least. and naps during the day.
not getting sleep is a good way to be:
E. get no pussy
avareage 8-9 hours during the week and 10 hours on weekends. my muscles need ample rest.
8-9. too much sleep isn't great either. the older you get the less you need though. that's why old folks are up at 3am reading newspapers and shit
how many hrs a week do you work?
not enough...like 20 or so
went to bed at 9pm last night, woke up at 7am

do you live at home or something? i can't keep my lifestyle at the same rate with 20 hrs
nah dude, my wife brings home the bacon, way more than I do. I just have a lot of money in the bank from previous ventures...
which is why starting in January, I plan to restart my whole routine...I have too many hours in the day to not be 200lbs @ <10%bf
on a side note, this month off of lifting is starting to get old...it's hard to be at work and not do SOMETHING
that's what I'm saying! if I had the same amount of time as you and timber... it would go mostly to my workouts.

I've just got settled in the new apartment and finished my first 3 months at my new job, so now that things have stabilized, it's time to start kicking ass again. Gonna invest in some supple mints, start with a 3 month strength phase, and see what develops from there
Honestly like 5 hours a night during the week and 10 hours a night on weekend........work sucks
I try to get 8, but suck at sleeping and falling asleep so usually 5-6 of restless sleep.
5-7 on weekdays, 7-9 on weekends
My university's on strike, so im getting close to 12-13
