    There seems to be a lot of variation on this.

    Just wondering how many grams of protein you guys are taking per pound of body weight on average for a muscle building regiment.

    I take anywhere between 225-300g on average. The lower my carb intake the higher I also bring my protein.
     
  3. I shoot for 200+ everyday and weigh 185. I usually end up with 180-230 though.

    about 225 on average, on a good day I would be well over 300.

    ahh damnit voted wrong, stupid kilos to lb conversions.... use your bw in KG!!!

    i do about 2-2.25 g per KG

    When I'm putting on weight, anywhere from 300-500g/day. I'm currently down to roughly 250g/day since I've needed to cut my calories further and further :(

    I shoot for 150 on off days. On workout days I bump it to 200. I can only hit the gym 2 times a week and 3 times a week alternating.
