How many g carbs do you consider a low carb day?

    I've experimented in the past with keeping my carbs below 100g, even below 25g. Just curious what others consider low carb.

    today for example since I'm not working out and just sleeping most of the day, the only carbs I'm consuming is from the muscle milk shake and the little in the ceasar sald (no croutons) w/ light dressing.

    IMO <50 is low... 50-100 is still pretty low though. :dunno:

    i can't function normally on an average day(ie: not sleeping around the house all day) with less than 100 carbs. so ill go with that, 100 is low for me.

    gosh, i eat 600 g carbs a day, so i freak out if i'm under 400

    i wish i could do that, i wanna cut, but its so hard for me to be able to go to class/study and workout on such little carbs. im still cutting but not as fast as i should be. maybe like .5 lbs of fat a week. oh well, my strength isn't going down so its not bad.

    protein is equal to what?

    and i know what u mean in most cases, a calorie is a calorie and a caloric deficit is what u need to lose fat. but in ketogenic diets is that sitll the case? 4 carbs a day is definitely gonna be ketogenic. and i've seen people on atkins eat well over their "maintenance" calories and lose weight.

    i stick to 40 or less for low carb... but now I carb up before/after working out to keep myself from getting sick.

    0 is low for me and 5 times a week if need be. Right now the lowest I have gone so far for this show is about 50-60g 5 times a week and two high days around 230-250

    On average i'll take in around 200g carbs. To get that tight vascular look ill drop the carb intake to about 100g, give or take a few grams.

    so far this month i have averaged 129.9 carbs a day.....is that low carb?

    im just watching calories/protein dont care about carbs really

    --glad this question was asked I was just thinking about this very thing a day ago--

    so in theory, you can eat maintence or above maintence while on an ecy stack and still lose weight?

    no... you may be able to eat at your PREVIOUS maintenance and lose some weight, but your maint cals will change...

    ive also done <100 and youll really notice your body change if you take in enough. i know you seem to have a little less energy when doing under 100g

    like I said earlier I have been taking in 130 carbs a day and I feel like I have no energy except when im in the gym, but sitting around and working I feel just tired in general.
