Lately I havent been feeling as sore the next day from the gym. Im new and have been only lifting for 3 month. I have seen a very little gain,but still very skinny. I went from 155 to 165 over 3 months,but im 6'2" so im still way underweight. I usually do about 4 excersices per body part,but lately i havent been as sore the next day. Im still pushing myself hard,and switching it up to shock my body. Any suggestions? more per body part?
