A couple more variations on my name became available so I snatched them up. I now own 6 different variations of www.jcolmanphotography.com

my name is owned by someone else but his ownership expires in November. I hope he doesn't renew so I can grab it.

The question is, how many variations are enough??

edit: In typical jcolman style I forgot a name I bought. :mamoru:

I took the smallest possible variation of my name... Which is sadly common, so it's not even that short. I don't need any other ones because I don't want to be the douchebag who squats on variations of his name he doesn't need.

Since people are always misspelling my name I have to have the variation of "colman"

    jcolmanphotography.com
    jcolemanphotography.com
    jcolman.net (I know...I know...it was a spur of the moment buy)
    jcolman.com

    My latest buys

    jimcolmanphotography.com
    jimcolemanphotography.com

    I would love to buy

    jimcolman.com but it's taken.

I was tempted to take the bike to work today since the weather has cooled off a bit, but I honestly hate my commute. 17 miles of interstate, bumper to bumper traffic that starts and stops constantly. No fun on a bike.

Just my one for my portfolio.

My name is just a parked page with nothing on it and the guy refuses to do anything with it.

    Time to change guys.

I just spent $68.17 with Godaddy to register my primary domain for 10 years in an effort to move it up the search engine ladder. It's probably all marketing hype but what the hell.

What? No. I mean I have my personal one that I use, but there's a domain for my real name that's just some shitty flash ad and a GoDaddy park. Guy always renews it for no reason for the past several years.

    ahh...gotcha. I read that as "I have a site that's not working"

Somebody has my name parked on a site for used cars, hotel reservations, shit like that.
