So i'm currently on the following routine: Day 1- chest day 2- back day 3- arms day 4- shoulders day 5- legs i do cardio pretty much everyday, and do abs in between exercises for chest, shoulders, legs, typically staying @ the gym ~1.5 hrs a day usually resting every 2-4 days (on average 3). unfortunately, what this means is that i only get to work out each group something like once a week. does this seem like too many separate days? if so, what are you guys' strategies for condensing exercises? it seems like i can't get a full workout unless i split the days up as such.
