How many days is optimal for resting?

    After lifting 3-4 days a week? I usually wait 1 or 2 days before I go back. Sometimes my schedule gets hectic and Ill go 5 or 6 days without lifting. Is this bad for my normal routine? Does it affect anything?

    I lift weights 7 days a week and cardio like 5 or 6. I might not have the regiment youll have but I lift till I am tired. I took a day off yesterday and I feel like shit.
