Not including cardio days, how many days do you workout?
Depends on routine, time available, and how I feel. Min 3 Max 5.
3 or 4
7 including cardio
usually 3 days of weights training, and cardio on the off days
5 sometimes 6 including cardio
4...and 3 of cardio for 7
4 day split
I worked out 2x a week from april to december last year. :sad: up to 3 times a week this year.
If I'm working alot I only workout 3 days but 5 days is my max.
Where's 7+ option??
4 days weights..and cardio 6 days..
4-5 w/cardio at the end everytime.
Might start doing cardio on offdays when it gets warmer...
I try to do 4, but sometimes my schedule doesn't allow it, sometimes I'm there 6 times a week.
There's only 7 days in a week timber I realize there's the am/pm people out there, just curious how many days though.
3 with calisthenics/weights, another 3 with bag training, shadowboxing, and focus mitts and light sparring as often as possible.
4 lifting days. 3 cardio days.
Cardio every morning except for leg day.
Day5: just cardio
Repeat, no days off (but i'm in Afghanistan, there ain't shit else to do here...)
2: Legs (quad emphasis)
3: Arms (somewhat of an off day)
6: Oly/(hamstring empahsis)
should be 5 days but I keep taking Friday off
I don't do any cardio. I can't afford to lose any weight.
anyone in college?
if so, how do u balance?
