    Monday - friday so 5 days a week. My goal. Get my weight from 165 to 158ish. Right now i max out at 150 benching, my goal is 200 by the end of august. I have only been benching for 2.5 months. Already went from like 120 to 150 so i think 50 pounds in 5 months is possible.
