How many chinups can you do?

    Yesterday I did 10 full chinups, and it's a new record for me. I'm not broly at all, but I was interested to know how many chinups other people could do.

    I just did 9 lockout widegrips with a 45.

    I haven't done bw in a while so I'm not sure.

    My back is doing well, but my chest has been lagging lately :sad2:

    I agree with placebo here.
    The main point for touching your chest on a bench is moreso for competition only. A person can still benefit from doing benchpresses without touching their chest. Now is it better to get a fuller range of motion... sure. Just not absolutely necessary.

    27 was my record back in the day- all the way down to over the bar and pause...doubt I could do more than 15 @ 180 now.
